Welcome to the Canadian service centre for GRADO headphones and cartridges.

We are proud to carry parts to fix every single model ever built by Grado. Please be aware that we do not sell separate parts.

We are not authorized to repair products bought in the U.S.A. Even if bought online from an American website.

PROCEDURES:

  • Please PRINT and FILL our repair form
  • The headphones to be repaired must be sent by the carrier of your choice to our service centre.
  • For headphones under warranty: please include your bill of sale from an authorized Canadian dealer. Once again, we are not authorized to repair products bought in the U.S.A.
  • There is no need to contact us prior to sending a headphone for repair but we would be happy to answer any of your questions.
  • The repaired item will be returned to you by FedEx or CanadaPost (our choice) within a few days, usually within 24 hours.
  • We offer a FLAT RATE service; it includes everything necessary to get the headphones back into original working condition: labour, parts, transport and applicable taxes; the replacement of ear pads or headband is not included.
  • If you need replacement ear pads, prices are at the bottom of this page.
  • AUDIOGROUP offers a 30 day warranty on repairs (if the same problem occurs).

To repair the Grado headphones you do not only need to be a qualified technician. You need to have a lot of compassion for music lovers. You must respect and understand that their direct contact with their favorite music is their headphone.

You need to be passionate about craftsmanship, as each and every headphone coming for repair must look and sound as good as when they got unboxed for the first time.
